We provide software and related documentation as described on our website and in each product. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue aspects of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information. You must comply with third-party platform rules when using integrations (e.g., social networks).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to violate law; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware; harass others; scrape or overload our systems; or attempt unauthorized access. We may investigate and suspend or terminate access for violations.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by your jurisdiction. Courts in the United States shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
